As the Managing Director of Athena Coaching Ltd, Tara has over 12 years of experience in providing executive coaching, leadership development, change management, and mediation services to senior executives and organisations. I help my clients create self-aware and authentic leaders, grow their leadership capability, and gain competitive advantage in their markets.
I am also an expert in psychometric delivery, including EQI™, ECR™ and WRAW™ and Belbin instruments, which I use to assess and enhance the emotional intelligence, resilience, and well-being of leaders and teams. I lead with excellence, warmth, and creativity, and I am passionate about nurturing others in their professional development and growth.
